Customer Service

Our knowledgeable customer service representatives are ready to answer any questions about your order or our products. For assistance call 866-574-1939 between 7a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday thru Friday eastern time (certain holidays excepted). If you prefer, you may email your request to customerservice@ridedirect.com. Web customers can use our web site to place orders, check on order status, and track orders.



Shipping / Delivery Times

ATV Direct carries a large inventory of the products we distribute. All in stock orders received by 3:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday will be shipped the same day with the exception of Holidays. Orders received after 3:00 p.m., M-F, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be shipped the next working day.

All orders shipped within the continental US and orders within size limits (under 8' in length as a general rule) will be shipped UPS Ground or Fed Ex Ground unless otherwise specified. All orders that cannot be sent via UPS or Fed Ex Ground will be shipped via freight (truck). Transit time for most domestic orders range from 1 day to 7 days depending on the distance from our distribution center to your destination.

International orders will be shipped the best way depending on the weight and size. Prior quotation will be provided via e-mail to any destination. For shipments going outside of the United States, there may be duties and taxed that are the responsibility of the customer 0and are not included in the purchase price or the transportation charges.



Damaged/Lost Items

If you receive cartons that are visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Be sure to obtain a copy. Once received, keep the original carton, all packing materials and parts intact. Please contact our Customer Service Department as 866-574-1939 within 24 hours after receiving a damaged shipment, or as soon as you determine that a shipment is lost.

We make every effort to insure that your product arrives within a reasonable amount of time, usually three to five days. However, in the event of an error by the shipping company, we put a "tracer" on the package. The tracer will attempt to locate the whereabouts of the order through the shipping company.

This tracer takes eight days to confirm loss of the product. You may re-order the product before the eight days is over, and it will be shipped again. However, your credit card will be charged for the additional product, and refunded when it's confirmed that your original order was indeed lost by the shipper. If both the new and original order arrive, all you need to do is ship back one of the orders, and we'll refund the proper amount to your credit card.

Prices

ATV Direct makes every effort to provide accurate prices and product specification but reserves the right to change prices or correct errors in product specifications without notice.



Returns

Return Authorization is required. At ATV Direct our #1 goal is your satisfaction with our products and service. If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from us, please contact us to make a return within 30 days of purchase. You may arrange a return by speaking directly with our customer service department at 866-574-1939 or by sending your request via e-mail to customerservice@ridedirect.com. All returned merchandise must be new and resalable condition, in its original cartons with original packing, accessories, guarantees and instructions. Any returns received without prior arrangements or for reasons other than defective or damaged products will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.



Back Orders

ATV Direct attempts to manage its inventory levels to minimize back orders but on some occasion some merchandise will be out of stock or need to special ordered and will not be shipped with you order. Unless otherwise canceled by you, all backordered items will be shipped as soon as possible after they arrive in our distribution center. If you wish, you may instruct us to cancel all backorders or hold orders until complete.



Cancelling an Order

In the event that you need to cancel an order placed online, please call 866-574-1939 and speak to one of our customer service representatives. If we are unable to cancel your order because it has already been shipped, you may return it using the return procedures detailed above.



Refused COD'S

Our FULL restocking fee, plus freight both ways, will be charged to your account if you refuse a COD.



Special Orders

Special Orders or non-stocked items are non-returnable.



Sales Tax

All order shipped to destinations within Kentucky will be charged sales tax.



Security

ATV Direct knows that security is a very important to our customers. As such, we use system that protects our customers when they make payments through our store. Credit card information is never passed via email or other unsecure means.



Privacy

ATV Directs policy is to respect and protect the privacy of its customers that use its web store www.ridedirect.com. ATV Direct will never willfully disclose individually identifiable information about its customers to any third party without first obtaining that customer's permission. Any information ATV Direct collects is used solely by ATV Direct for the purpose of conducting business and to better understand the needs of its customers.
