We attempt to manage inventory levels to minimize back orders but on some occasions some merchandise will be out of stock or need to be special ordered. Unless otherwise canceled by you, all backordered items will be shipped as soon as possible after they arrive in our distribution center.

In the event that only one product of a multiple product order is backordered, we will ship the products that are available unless otherwise instructed. You may instruct us to cancel all backorders or hold your entire order until all products are available for shipment.

Cancelling an Order
In the event that you need to cancel an order placed online, please call 1-866-574-1939 and speak to one of our customer service representatives. If we are unable to cancel your order because it has already been shipped, you may return it as pursuant to our return policy.

Damaged/Lost Items
If you receive cartons that are visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Be sure to obtain a copy. Once received, keep the original carton, all packing materials and parts intact. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-866-574-1939 within 24 hours after receiving a damaged shipment, or as soon as you determine that a shipment is lost.

We make every effort to insure that your product arrives within a reasonable amount of time, usually three to five days. However, in the event of an error by the shipping company, we put a "tracer" on the package. The tracer will attempt to locate the whereabouts of the order through the shipping company.

This tracer takes eight days to confirm loss of the product. You may re-order the product before the eight days is over, and it will be shipped again. However, your credit card will be charged for the additional product, and refunded when it's confirmed that your original order was indeed lost by the shipper. If both the new and original order arrive, all you need to do is ship back one of the orders, and we'll refund you the proper amount.

We make every effort to provide accurate prices and product specifications but reserve the right to change prices or correct errors in product specifications without notice.

We will only price match products that we have in-stock and that we can verify. We reserve the right to not price match.

As a rule, we do not price match any product that we can not verify. This includes but not limited to promotional prices, items listed on auction services, or wholesale prices.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not pleased with the merchandise that you receive, or you have simply changed your mind, we will provide you with a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please take a few minutes to read the following guidelines and instructions to make sure this is processed correctly.
You Must Call to Make Arrangements for Return (1-866-574-1939)
The name the merchandise was purchased under must be written clearly on the Package/Label.
All merchandise must be properly packaged. Packing material is available upon request.
Please do not ship via the U.S. Postal Service.
For your protection, it is recommended that the merchandise be insured during shipping.
Please make sure the return address is clearly written on the package and the label.

Full Credit Will be Issued if Any of the Following Conditions are Met:
The wrong merchandise is shipped.
The merchandise is damaged during shipping.
The merchandise is defective.
The merchandise does not properly fit your vehicle and we approved fitment.

Note - The packages are not treated gently during shipment and without the proper packaging, the products can become damaged. It is the customers responsibility to make sure the product is packaged to ensured it is protected. Under no circumstance will we accept a return of product that is damaged due to the negligence of the customer. Remember, the products are still your property until we receive them back.

Any returns received without prior arrangements or for reasons other than defective or damaged products will be subject to up to a 25% restocking fee.

Security & Privacy
We know that security is very important to our customers. As such, our systems protect our customers information when they make payments through our store via industry standard encryption. Customer information and payment details are never passed via unsecure means.

We respect and protect the privacy of our customers. We will never willfully disclose individually identifiable information about our customers to any third party without first obtaining that customer's permission. Any information we collect is used solely by us for the purpose of conducting business and to better understand the needs of our customers.

Sales Taxes
All orders shipped to destinations within Kentucky will be charged Kentucky state sales tax.

Shipping Polcies
Any order $200 or over ships FREE!
Any order under $200 is $10 to ship.

Some items, due to size or weight may require an additional handling fee, per item.

These rates and any FREE shipping offers apply only to the continental ( lower 48 ) United States.

All in stock orders received by 3:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday will be shipped the same day with the exception of holidays. Orders received after 3:00 p.m., M-F, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be shipped the next working day.

All orders shipped within the continental US and orders within size limits (under 8' in length as a general rule) will be shipped UPS Ground or Fed Ex Ground unless otherwise specified. All orders that cannot be sent via UPS or Fed Ex Ground will be shipped via freight (truck). Transit time for most domestic orders range from 1 day to 7 days depending on the distance from our distribution center to your destination.

International orders will be shipped the best way depending on the weight and size. Prior quotation will be provided via e-mail to any destination. For shipments going outside of the United States, there may be duties and taxes that are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or the transportation charges.

Special Orders
Special Orders or non-stocked items are non-returnable.
